Signing up lots of random properties to our books is not our aim. Careful consideration to whether we can genuinely help an owner is really important to us. If we don’t think we can assist you, we’ll say and if we need to recommend someone to help, competitor or not, we will.

In hospitality there is an unwritten equation, the balance of investor/owner satisfaction and guest satisfaction. Get it wrong and success is hard. For us guest retention and brand values are incredibly important, so we work to ensure satisfaction is high. We hate unwanted marketing. We know good branding. Our approach is different. We target small segments that we know will love to hear from us. We learn customer bases, understand them, nurture them and ultimately get excited about meeting them when they stay.
